The Importance of World Cancer Day
February 4, 2022, is World Cancer Day. The theme for 2022 - 2024 is 'Close the Care Gap'.
2022 focuses on understanding and recognizing the inequities in cancer care around the globe. There are real barriers that people living with cancer are up against. Do you know how this day got its start?
Do you know why it is so important?
Listen to my latest podcast episode. I answer the questions above, and I talk more about the gaps in cancer care.
